Q1:

答案E 这题主要是不是SO....THAT...的结构呢? 那中间的SO....是插入语吗?我觉得两个SO间应该用AND连接比较正确....NN看看

这里的so形容dogged 和 persistent, 是倒装句
后边补出that从句表结果
比如说：
you are so beautiful that I can't resistent
到装句就是：
so beautiful you are that I can't resistent

我也觉得缺少AND是correctiveness的错误,但是就看了好久选不出

1. 这是so...that....的强调结构

2 第二个so 结构里面so persistent her lobbying for wage and hour reform 把were省略了，因为前面已经有were了。

问题是两个so之间应该有and作为并列,这里没有
