answer is E, what's wrong with D??

有谁来帮帮忙啊，要不就只好背答案了……死读书不求甚解

69.D里的that are十分多余，dioxins后面可以直接跟修饰词了，再由that引导一个从句显得十分的罗嗦，而且这个句子是由and连接的，要用that就会引起一个平行，and后面也要由有that，这里没有，显然错了

71.ing分词的2个作用：一是前一个分句的整体对后面某一个对象的作用；二是两个同时发生的动作，这里显然是第一个作用，而且which的指待模糊，引起歧义

那为什么用known to不用known as呢？感觉后面的用法比较熟悉啊。前面是固定用法吗
