答案是E. 但是好像E的时态有问题，E中有将来完成时的标志词，请问E中的第二个动词改成will have reached对吗？

根据大全注释：

A 错：“另外，which指代有问题，应该是指per-capita consumption，但其与which太远指代关系比较弱, 且根据意思本应并列的成分，一部分变成了which引导的非限制性定语从句，有把主要信息变为次要信息之嫌“

关于E中的时态问题，还是请NN 答复。

根据本意?本意从何而来?? 如果不知道A对错的前提下,如何得知本意是要并列.

我觉得A是想说:

根据NPA,人均PASTA的消耗,which has already been 接近 19磅/年,将在21世纪达到30磅.

其中 which引导从句,本来就是补充说明一下目前的状态,因为,我觉得根据"本意", "19磅/年"这个信息不是本意,而是修饰.所以我觉得E把他和主干(30磅/年)并列,没有道理,没有根据

如果说A有问题,那么which有点远,倒算得上一个问题.但是多"远"算"远"呢?毕竟,which也是能跳修饰的.

今天看这题的时候也很困惑，不是有个原则就是尽量不改变原意吗？原意一般不都是A选项吗？但E无缘无故把原来的主从句变成并列句，还把现在完成进行时变成进行时（明明有个already摆那啊），最后还把动词achieve换成了reach，都改成这样了，又没有根据说A选项这样不对阿

很困惑，谁来帮忙解释一下？
