C staff members不对，LZM告诉我们：没有这么说的。。。赫赫
D没错，staff除了指members of such group外（比如 15 staff in my school），还有一个意思就是the group of workers（比如 I have a staff of 30.）
用 a large staff 好像是习惯用法，记住就行了。
