Q26:

In the decimal representation of x, where 0 < x < 1, is the tenths digit if x nonzero?

(1) 16x is an integer.

(2) 8x is an integer.

条件(1): 16*0.5=8 ; 16*0.75=12 所以X的十分位可为0也可不为0,

所以(1)不充分

条件(2): 8*0.5=4 ; 8*0.25=2 所以X的十分位可为0也可不为0,

所以(2)不充分

我的疑问是为什么选B, (2)明明不充分嘛? 还有怎么样将(1)与(2)结合运用呢?

不好意思, 发帖后才发现已经有旧帖了, 不过看了解释,我还是不明白, 有哪位大大能为偶解释一下吗?
