欧觉得原句不对在于用逗号把 for给隔开了，使得成为了nonrestrictive modifier,使得costs 和consumer没有关联，所以答案给的我很怀疑，大家觉得呢，尽管原句用的是主动，

主动看着舒服，而且插入语成分感觉没你说的问题

不用插入语反而把句子的谓语动词和动作发出者隔开了使得意思不明确 by....可能修饰 make...，而且又是被动
