又是个没人问过的题,汗...大家给看看我这又是哪没掌握好

我在AD间徘徊了很久,咋一看觉得A中and两边不平行,没有D的两个词平行好,可是仔细想想,又觉得build的动作应该发生在announce之前,最后选回A,然后错了,这样看来,是因为同位语结构中不用管动作与谓语动词间的关系么???

之前是现在完成时（ has announced ）

之后的用A的过去完成时似乎没有必要

D的分词形式的修饰似乎更好些，D的同谓语并列是不是更好些呢

我觉得这道题选D 因为D最简洁其他选项都存在and前后平行结构不当 C是to do 结构修饰错误

至于定从中省略的时态问题我又想了想用一般过去式好些

“过去完成时一定要与一个确切的过去时间的某一点并用，进行比较或可用来表示一个动作在过去对另一动作之前已发生”－lzm

这里好象没有必要用过去完成时

个人觉的是分词修饰整句的同谓语the plant

这里的过去分词和the model for a generation of modern nuclear reactors.这样一个同谓语性质的修饰结构的并列
