NN来解释一下,compared的主语是主句的宾语??

lz,GMATPrep上的题目有没有解答呀?我还没开始做,记得老PP上是有的

我的意见：

INDICATE THAT 排除DE
A中的COMPARED TO 修饰歧义；且ON EVERAGE 应修饰全句排除
C中THEIR指代错误
B用同位语表达，简洁清晰

我选的是C。觉得their指workers很清楚，别的选项都不可能。但是今天跟人讨论的时候，被反问 as compared to 其中as是什么作用，我也一时说不出来。我印象当中as是可以做代词的。具体我也不是很清楚。请NN现身解释一下吧，谢谢了~

个人意见：

A:compare to前后不对等，ratio要和ratio比，不能和earn的数字比，所以需要像B,C那样加a ratio

B:个人意见：compare只能被动，不能主动（新东方老师说过）--可能牵强了点。

C:正确，补出a ratio；their指blue-collar workers，前面没有复数名次了，所以没有歧义。

D/E：宾语从句that不能省。

想听听大家的意见，请指正，谢谢！

compare应该用被动, 退一步,就算主动可以,也不应该用一般现在时,因为后面有in 1980
