答案是B，我选了A。B是不是就比A简洁？A错在哪里？看得到这题偶就头昏。

楼主我们手里的B选项有所不同,for which 后面为the two women were in large measure responsible,这样明显简洁，最主要的时态不同

重看GWD，还是不懂这道题，经搜索，原来是卷子的问题。
