这里有两个by，第一个by increasing car-road friction, 这一句是主动语态，想知道在主动语态中by+名词表示什么意思呢？？

underinflation可以通过增大车辆和路面摩擦从而造成高至5%的浪费。增大摩擦是underinflation造成浪费的手段方式。

increasing car-road fraction在 by也是表方式,通过增加车和路摩擦这种方式

不是表示动作的执行者
