请问正确选项E：to establish tighter restrictions on the amount of grain farmers will be allowed to grow and to encourage ,

为什么主句已经有了一个谓语will try ....,后面怎么还跟了一个will be allowed ?怎么看也看不出原因，大家帮我看看，谢谢了！！

farmers will be allowed to grow 是 the amount of grain 的宾语从句，省略了that，因为法案通过后才会被allowed,所以用将来时。请指正。

这里：to encourage 与to establish 并列, 是不是应该在to encourage前加逗号, 要不如何区别与to grow 并列?

我觉得这里不是宾语从句,

E. to establish tighter restrictions on the amount of grain (that) farmers will be allowed to grow

that 引导的是定语从句, 而这个THAT在定语从句里做ALLOW TO的宾语,所以可以省略。

由于that修饰的名词在定从中作宾语~~所以省了~~~~

宾从的that是不能省的~~~

这道题真的暗藏玄机啊~~~~

而且try and do 一般这个形式都是错误的。

应该为 try to do
