不知道b为什么不对？下面是jinjin在分类里给出的解释，可是不太明白，要是这里选了allow that，句子要怎么翻译呢？  

allow的用法：allow sb. to do sth.是允许；allow that是承认。

不太明白，句子不是说：1990年的light rainfall和moderate rainfall的日子小于1910么？最后总结说total rainfall 1990大于1910

为什么选a呢？不是应该1990的heavily 降雨大于1910才可以么？

 

 

最近复习的有点糊涂，如果大家看到觉得太蠢的话，不要笑哦！

GWD-27-14: surpass修饰quality, 所以需加s, 而“those of”修饰的也是quality，应该是“that of”
GWD-26-5:同样是单复数问题，allow修饰的是design,所以后面要加S。allow that和allow it to 在意思上没有区别，都是“使之能够/可能做某事”。
