标题: 当今商界，谁是泰山北斗？
很多学校面试时的题目都有一个你最钦佩的businessman是谁？为什么？

Jack Welch使GE从一个传统的manufacturering company进化到一个包括很多投资领域的巨无霸，战略眼光了不起。还有谁谁谁也让偶们这些刀头舔血申请ing的同志们可以对付一下面试官呢？

刀头舔血申请ing是一个版主的别号，引用一下，无剽窃之意。

If you look closely to the history of Microsoft, you will be shocked.
1) He didn't created Basic;
2) DOS was bought from others;
3) Windows used technology from Xeror and Apple;
4) Web technology is copied from Netscape;
5) Excel is from Lotus 1-2-3;
6) Word is copied from Wordstar and WordPerfect.

None of the above is created by Mr. Gates. It's Bill Gates who creates and nurtures the market, then profits from it. So, in my view, he is the No.1 guy.

呵呵，记得Warrant Buffet对Gates的评论：我不太了解他造些什么东西。不过我知道（指指身边的一个热狗摊头）如果让Gates经营这个热狗铺的话，不出5年他就会成为全球热狗大王！
当然评论的主角就是我的偶像——永恒的价值Buffet！
Buffet也是我热衷于Columbia的重要原因。

Marketing不得不提Starbucks 的Howard Schultz. 他传播了一种咖啡文化.

拿铁在意大利呆了那么多年, 最后是美国人把它推向全世界.

去年亚太地区品牌价值增长速度, 第一名就是Starbucks.

A few things you MAY want to know when you put your essays together

1. everybody would put a big name in there, it may be better to have someone who americans never heard of

2. John Welch, the former GE CEO, there were scandles around him, you'd better avoid him

3. you'd better not mentioning anybody from SUN. the company is screwed and all of its founders have left.

Agree with Chipmunk, it is amazing that so many programmers in China admire Bill Gates. He basically kills the whole software industry. everybody can admire BG, just not those die-hard programmers.

20年持续稳步发展，从出口最少的集团到国际市场占有率最高的，和邓老比，麦克利力算啥？
能确定后两代继承人，基业常青，维尔奇算啥？

我怎么觉得你们说的泰斗都像是混混啊，还是你门不了解的外国大混混

注：邓小平接手的时候中国可真的是一个巨型企业啊。

微软的销售主要得益于前销售总裁、现任CEO的鲍尔默，盖茨在他的书里曾提到过鲍尔默的煽动能力，每次他登台演讲，台下的人都被煽得嗷嗷叫。吴士鸿也提到过他。
