我的一个朋友，国内2004会计研究生毕业，想申请2004美国学校，不考虑申请博士，申请2004会计硕士，是否可行？要不要不说研究生经历？另外一年的资金证明要开多少？代她谢了先

Most master's in accounting programs are focused on getting their students a job with the big accounting firms. There aren't a lot of research activities at the master's level.

Very few ppl who want to change their visa from F2 to F1 in Mexico were rejected, but some in Canada were. But you must give a detailed description of your major.
