一点愚见还请指正:
(A) will 语气太绝对
(B) with 脱节
(C) would 的时态似乎是过去的可能; 且 continues 后应该加名词或副词, 而strong却是形容词. e.g. "... continues its strong trend..." / "... continues strongly" / "... continues to be strong"
(D) Due to 虽不比because来得正式, 但却是选项中句义最清楚的.我想原句大概是:
Since February, the Federal Reserve has raised its short-term interest rate target five times, and due to the economy’s continued strength, analysts have been predicting for weeks that the target (should) be raised again in November.
(E) 赘词; 同(A), will 语气太绝对; 时态也怪异
