I will choose "has" .

For the reason that the growth is uncountable as a whole, even divided into parts, its parts are still uncountable.

Answer others' questions for the first time.

做大全时碰到的，我的问题主要是如果前面是一个分数，比如two-thirds,three-fourths之类的后面的谓语单复数使用问题。

单数.主要看of后面

two-thirds,three-fourths 在這都是形容詞的功能,主要修飾of後面的名詞,

所以謂語以後面的名詞為主.
