我的疑问是: stinger result in the fact 逻辑上好象不太合理

虽然知道gmat中一般选with引导的独立主格结构，但是E选项表伴随结果似乎也讲的通，不知道E中是否还有其他明显错误？比如result 不能用that 引导的从句修饰？

请那位大虾帮忙指正以下，谢谢了

刚刚在longman字典上查到 with the result that……的用法

with the result that
Sara wasn't at school last week, with the result that she missed an important test.

那是否此题应选E ？？
