答案是D，我觉得D 的时间逻辑有问题，不是应该先WON然后才PLAGUED，那就该是WON 句在前面呀？

还有，YEARS和1984 TO 1988不是重复了吗？

按你这么说at age 16也是重复的，直接写at 16不久可以吗？我觉得你可能过多关注着个考点，实际上这并不重复，这个years相当于period.

D更加简洁，不会把一大堆信息放到一起。很好地利用了subordinate clasue，提前放置。

时间的逻辑顺序并不是说按照发生的先后顺序排排好，就是有时间逻辑了。句子中的，plague和sat out是有逻辑先后的，而won那个句子明明是做定语从句的啊。

如果说，作者把plague、won和sat out这个三个动词弄一个并列的结构，那就有问题了。。。。。。。
