标题: [求助]关于compromise的essay，到底是考察什么的呀？

e.g. MIT Essay 2: Please describe a time when your team had to arrive at a compromise. Describe in detail what you thought, felt, said, and did (500 words or less).

倒不是没的可写，但似乎不太明白到底要在这样的文中体现哪方面的ledership potential or skills。

麻烦各位帮帮忙，给个指点，谢谢！

Lots of leadership skills are involved in order to reach a compromise within a team. Negotiation/communication skills, strategic thinking, and empathy, to name a few.

Essay 1: Please tell us about a time when you had an impact on a person, group, or organization.

Essay 4: Please tell us a time when you put an idea into action.

2 asks for a very specific example but you can tell very different stories with 1 and 4. You can always show off different strengths or demonstrate the same skill through different examples.
