注意一下题目的推导过程
在题目中提到过一句： Three percent of current retail sales is less than the amount collected through property taxes，这句话明确的提到了现在从SALES收来的税比从PROPERTY收来的税要少，在注意数量关系的同时也要注意时间（现在）。
如果按照D所说的，那么现在应该就已经增多了
还是新手，发表一些愚见，还望大牛多多指正，快要考了在做GWD，也对这题怀疑了一下

选B。D中的阐述不影响property taxes的数额，也不影响sales taxes的数额。parents现在不缴财产税，以后还是不缴。按照D推，现在sales taxes小于property taxes，以后还是如此。属于无关选项。

即，选择收入趋向较高额度的选项B

只有sales增加了才有保证税额缴纳相当于无关量
