(D) conversion to cooperative ownership is if to sign
(E) conversion to cooperative ownership is whether to sign

那位XDJM 帮帮忙解释为什么 Being 和 Undergoing 的重复表达呢（being 做为助动词，本身只表达“时”或 “态”的变化，而不具有实际的意义）？

我理解的是这样，being没有世纪的意义，在这里只表达了‘正在被’的意思

而undergoing不是已经表达了正在经受的意思么？

是 ‘正在’的这种状态表达重复了

同意楼上

undergoing 正在遭受

BEING 分词,表示正在进行,表达了同一个意思

另外,BEING 出现,还是慎用吧,ETS不喜欢这样的表达
