C改变了句子的重心，原句强调商除了是中国第一个统制王朝In addition to being China’s first administrators还是东亚最早的文化were the first literate culture in East Asia两者是并列关系，B把后者降级为从属关系，改变了原意。

八神顶LS，C除了单复数搭配不对之外，还改变了句子的重心。将主谓语改成了插入成份。

本题由未划线部分they/their等得到提示：Shang应为复数名词，排除C and E

同时由居首介词短语等修饰成份得到提示，主语应为Shang，而不是culture. 排除A and B
