我也认为是A，1.limit on sth 中间as there are for 是插入语；2.前面整句话表示原因，后面用一个新名词概括a circumstance,优选结构

fish的复数还是fish，所以A中their的指代问题应该不存在吧。

A错在后面的变成了两个句子用逗号了。

fish 的复数型式有两种. fish and fishes。指同种鱼时，无论单复数都用fish，复数不能用fishes. 指多种鱼时，可以用fish 和fishes 两种复数形式
