to which... 是个定语从句修饰 the degree, which 指代 THE DEGREE, 到达什么样的程度.

利用假肢达到的一种程度.

题目中为什么用“。。。should still be cost-effective”' 。。。。 should last longer"？结论性语句不是应该用陈述语序上面的吗？should貌似是指应该做，而没做的意思？？

想问下这题为啥选C...当时自己选了B。。。看og对B的解释。。看不懂。。

我选了E, 我觉得可能和B的错误原因差不多。

OG的解释是说：

题目讨论的是现在----current moment，custom replacement 的 cost-effectiveness 有效性的问题。

而B 中说 (原来)因为新技术，produce custom replacements的价格下降了。

E说用新技术produce custom replacements价格将会下降多少。

两个选项都在时间上无关，而且都没有涉及 effctiveness有效性的问题。

不知道我理解的对不对，请牛牛指点。

今天偶也在思考这道题，也纠结BE为什么错，看了解释，发现OG从current moment角度出发
不过我自己实在觉得难体会！希望有NN来做进一步分析

不过我自己的分析是这样，同样纠结的同胞不妨看看： BE最大的错误，就是它的答案是单方面的，没有显示出比较！比如B，说新技术的引入给成本降低了多少？这是无关的，因为新产品价格降低得多又怎样，如果比起原来的还是多的多，那不是白搭
再看E，说新产品以后成本会降低多少？同样无关，理由同上

然后看正确答案c ， when compared with the use of ordinary replacements，直接将新老产品做比较了

个人愚见！
