usually MBA requires working experience, it is very rare that good schools accepts students from undergraduate schools. Those got accepted usually graudated from the same undergraduate school, for example, student A graduated from Stanford, and then got accepted into stanford's mba.

If you just graduate, I suggest that you try to have a decent joj and commit to it. Even if you can get an admission, it is much suffering for you to study and find a job in Bschool. But I did know that some UK Bschools accepted the student w/o working experiences. Regaring other master, the working experience is a big plus, but not a must. I think working experience is important for you if you want to be accepted into those top b-schools, unless you have got outstanding performance in college especially in your potential leadership. MM why you want to apply for b-school right now?
For master programs, working experience is also a strong plus for your application. Actually, I always believe that the competition in those non-mba programs is quite fierce at this moment as more and more students pay their attention to masters or phd, even some with excellent experience.
