8月JJ有此题, GWD中答案是B . 可是B不仅时态不对,而且和前句之间也没有连词啊. 而且E没有错啊, 独立主格结构. 盼NN们解答. 多谢! 下周考,急

1st: "by 1997" is different meaning with "in 1997". This will change original meaning of the sentense.

2nd: If you want to use E, it should be like "chores, and that figure growing ..."

Above is my two cents.

谢谢CYYP, 感觉BY 1997和IN 1997是不同.但在E 中如果是独立主格是不需要有AND. 那答案还是 B 啦.

注意答案中的符号";"，分号后面应该是独立的一句话而不需要连接词。
