想申请BU，不过GMAT分很低，想了解一下
1）BU的竞争是不是很激烈，对GMAT的要求是不是很硬？
2）这个学校有什么特点

i do not recommend BU.

1) BU is very expensive in terms of tuition and parking fees.
2)Also the MBA program is not good, I mean the curriculum.

But if you are intereted, they pay a lot of attention to interview. Interview is the key.

In Boston , Besides tuition and fees and books, you'll expect to pay

Reng : $400-$500 for a single room
Food : $100-$150=
Transportation:, $40-$50
telephone: $25-45 for cell phone
Internet+cable TV: $15-?? depend on if you share with your roommate or seviced
Movie Ticket : $5-9 depends on the show time and if discounted ticket
other expenses $100/semester

An appealing feature of BU is that it has a program that let you get 2 master degrees, MBA & MIS within 2 years. tuition is around $25,000/y, not including one extra summer, which is a mandatory semester that needs extra $15,000. This program requires about 90 credits and contains many computer related courses, which are very broad and deep. I don't believe their students can understand what their professors teach unless they already knew it. So plagiarism is a must for many students. How much you can learn is up to yourself. After graduation, few Chinese students can find a job. But don't be suprised or depressed on this point, most MBA on the same level have the similiar even worse situation. But look in a broad and practical way, it's a fine choice. Ranking about 50, sitting in a nice city. Unfortunately, there are two bad universities H & M in the same city. This fact may somehow hurt your confidence and feeling.

今年夏天的一天，我在波士顿的大街上闲逛，一时内急，发现旁边的一栋大楼正是BU学生注册报到的地方，当时正是暑期学期报道的时候，新生络绎不绝，偶就想进去找厕所方便一下，谁知没有BU的ID不得入内，偶当时这个晕。偶在北美也转过不少地方了，大学也看了不少，这种事还是第一次遇到。以前偶roommate告诉偶BU是美国最势力的学校之一，偶还没有什么概念，这回可是领教了。
