这两个题已经有很多讨论了

1.如果接受教育的罪犯本身就比其他罪犯不容易犯罪那么结论就weaken

2.好的房子都留下了，不好的老房子都倒了，这样的比较不是对等的比较，把老的最好的房子，和现在的房子的平均水平来比，得出的结论本身就是带有倾向性的
