A:体温。文章的hypothesis是光的强度控制着生物节律。我们要找一个光未必控制着生物节律,或者是有其它东西控制着生物节律。体温的变化和题目无关。we are talking about light and biological rhythms。
B:有些动物白天运动,有些动物晚上运动。为何不同的动物会有不同的rhythms不是文章讨论的重点。文章在讨论光和生物节律的关系。所以也是无关的。

if known means 以下的事实是真的,只是告诉你一个事实,找一个能最大程度上反驳hypothesis的即可。题目的hypothesis已经给出了一个假设的原因。我们需要找一个事实,证明这个原因是错误的。换句话说,这样的假设的原因未必能得出想要的事实即可。
我理解的OG的意思是:选项AB只给出了daily biological rhythms的两个例子,但并没有给出是什么原因,no reason is given to explain,所以构不成削弱,如果说这两个例子(人的体温变化和动物的活动时间不同)是由light intensity变化引起的,也就可以成为正确选项了;
单从两个句子所涉及的内容来说与假设无关

A。 人体温度不同,傍晚温度高,早上温度低---可否理解为:傍晚就是没有光或者光的强度弱,体温高,早上有光,体温低。这不也是生物节律与光有关吗?

结论: 这种生物钟的改变主要是光的强度的改变控制这个生物钟24小时的循环。
A 错, 问题不是推论inference,而是削弱weaken,我前面的一个设想是在推论,A谈论的光的强度影响rhythms的问题,温度的问题应该是无关选项,理解楼上gonghao的回答了
B 错, 举出2中相反规律的例子, (而且介绍的activity ,并不是rhymthms,可以考虑无关选项)并没有说明削弱,也没有说明支持,有点中立的态度。
C错,支持了原文的结论,换time zone, 又很快调整了白天和晚上的时区。
D 错,无关, remove nucleus 单细胞植物还保持rhymthms ,那也不能排除其他的器官影响,问什么就能说是光的轻度的关系呢
