1．Although the manager agreed to a more flexible work schedule, he said it must be posted on the bulletin board so that both management and labor will know what every one is assigned to do.

B. he said it had to be posted on the bulletin board so that both management and labor knows what everyone is

C. he said that they would have to post the assignments on the bulletin board so that management and labor knew what everyone was

D.he said that the schedule would have to be posted on the bulletin board so that management and labor would know what everyone was

E.saying that the schedule had to be posted on the bulletin board so that management and labor would know what everyone had been

为什么选择A而不是D

                    Lake.

B. reduced the phosphate amount that municipalities had been dumping

D. reduced the amount of phosphates that municipalities are allowed to dump

OG上说是选D，刘振民语法精解上说是选A,不知道应该以哪一个为准

为什么选择A而不是D

D 错在时态上面。 would have to be 没必要用完成时，另外也必要用would， 后面的would ..was时态也不对。

A 的用法正确。表示一般性的动作。所以不必用过去时。这种题在OG 和GWD 上面很常见的。

OG is correct. pls look at the explanations in og carefully.

D表示现在仍在dump.A 表示现在已经不再dump 了。

为什么选择A而不是D

D 错在时态上面。 would have to be 没必要用完成时，另外也必要用would， 后面的would ..was时态也不对。

A 的用法正确。表示一般性的动作。所以不必用过去时。这种题在OG 和GWD 上面很常见的。 

但是不是说宾语从句中的that不能省吗？有一点不明白，would have to be 是完成时吗？不过好想真的有些wordy
