对于D的两点疑问

shang作为一个朝代，为什么用were?

还有known for 因为什么出名，known as 作为什么出名

本来我也有疑问,不过如果Shang指的是商朝的人民,那D就都可以解释了.

商国的人民是最早的东亚文化,并且也被作为ornate bronze ritual vessels的手工艺人而著称(be known as).

因为一个是be后面接的名词,一个接的是分词,be功能不一致所以e中间的省略自然也不对了,e中间的it's指代也是个致命的错误.
