标题: 帮忙看看我的这篇AI107,考试的时候这样写可以吗?
The issue of whether the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts is complex and controversial one .Different people hold different position due their distinct respect .On the one hand ,as is well-know and has often been advocate : the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts is complex and controversial one .On the other hand ,some people probably insist that the practice that mangers divide complex tasks into simpler component is not the most effective .We do not have to look very far to seek the valid standpoint of the matter .In the following analysis ,I would like reason and provide the evidence favoring the former statement and refute the latter statement .
Firstly ,an important reason that can be presented to develop my view is that the productivity of employees can be improved by dividing complex tasks into their simpler component parts .A good example may be found in the case that the complexity of the production of advanced automobile need to divide complex tasks into simpler component parts to improve the productivity ,because the workers can clearly know what they will do in this way .Under this circumstance ,it is obvious that the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts .
Secondly ,there is another important reason for me to choose the former statement .The reason is not very far to seek :mangers are able to oversee the whole procedure of production by dividing complex tasks into simpler component parts .For example ,when the problems of product are found , managers can quickly find reasons that lead to these problems by checking the component parts that were divided by the mangers .Therefore ,I believe that the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts .
Admittedly ,there is no denying that the practice that mangers divide complex tasks into simpler component is not the most effective in some conditions .As we knows ,in some small businesses ,it is not necessary that managers divide complex tasks into simpler component parts .But this alone is not logically sounded to support the conclusion that the practice that mangers divide complex tasks into simpler component is not the most effective .while the advantage and disadvantage of the former and the latter are carefully compared ,the most striking conclusion
is obvious .Therefore ,I advocate that the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts .
To sum up ,I agree that the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts ,because (1) :the productivity of employees can be improve by dividing complex tasks into their simpler component parts ;(2): mangers are able to oversee the whole procedure of production by dividing complex tasks into simpler component parts .Due to the above-mentioned reasons ,which sometimes intertwine to form an organic whole and thus become more persuasive ,we may safely arrive at the conclusion I support .

good!
the number of words is enough; the structure is clear.
but some logial and grammatical fallacies do exist. make it perfect!

The stated opinion is that the most effective way for managers to assign work is to divide complex tasks into their simpler component parts. This strategy is probably cost-effective (节省成本的) in many situations. However, I think that it works against important organizational values over time.
Distinct divisions of labor are efficient for a number of reasons. First of all, workers with few highly specific skills are usually cheaper to hire than those with broader education and experience. Secondly, it is less expensive to train employees in narrow areas. Finally, strict compartmentalization (n.区分, 划分) of tasks makes it easier for managers to control employees, and, therefore, to control and increase productivity. But however profitable this strategy might be in the short run, it can ultimately work against the organization.
To begin with, fragmenting work into small units leads to employee alienation. Those responsible for only a detailed component of a project can easily lose sight of larger organizational goals and their own importance in achieving them. Research indicates that they then become less committed to their work, and less productive. Of course, unproductive employees can be replaced. But replacement is costly; and high employee turnover is bad for organizational morale.
In addition, compartmentalizing tasks can stifle creativity, as well as undermine self-motivation and pride in one’s work. With little collaboration or even communication between discrete work units, larger creative insights are lost. And, cooperative efforts usually foster a series of common purpose and pride in accomplishment.
Of course, diversifying jobs and increasing worker participation in larger projects could lead to lower productivity. But the experience of large manufacturing corporations like General Motors shows just the opposite. When GM facilities implemented these and other strategies to improve work-place quality, they reported that productivity increased.
In conclusion, I believe that organizing work into discrete tasks will compromise important organizational values like creativity, self-motivation, commitment and pride in accomplishment. So, although there are times when small divisions of labor will be necessary, generally work should be diversified, and workers should have greater involvement in projects overall.

这两段似乎可以简捷一点。
i don't think you need to elaborate the merits of division of labor. stating the merits in brief seems more balanced.
