A 中 a variety of criteria such as 不知是修饰 a variety of criteria 还是 criteria, 所以正确答案 D, 使用 such a variety of criteria as 限定了修饰内容。

同样的例子见

去掉插入成分，control of infection such as 如果用这样结构举例子，不知道所举的例子是修饰 control of infection 还是 infection

ls的分析的很有道理啊！！

我个人（语感）觉得：用in accordance with 就很明确修饰company 比用according to 好。

具体什么区别不清楚?
