请教大家，Cleveland is but one of .... 怎么理解这句话呢，but one这是什么用法啊？我不明白，以为是印错了呢...为什么选C我知道。

在刘振民上找到了这道题。but在这里的意思是“只不过，仅仅”的意思。

but vs. only

but通常是指只不过是很多里面的一个，

only是只唯一的一个。
