the ones的用法比较怪。。。不敢下定论，但有一点可以肯定。用the ones不如用those好。另外，B补充的时态与句子是平行的。

4题同意楼上.记得有讨论里大家都觉得不太清楚.

15,还有逻辑意思B不对了. propose一些条款项目 at a cost...

propose不需要cost的吧.都很明显是一些条款项目的cost

省略的原则是不会产生歧义，这题应该做到了
