    6. 1. one-quarter the amount我认为是正确的表达，我们可以说 twice the size, 为什么不能说one-quarter the amount？

2.amount在ETS看来可数不可数呢？我们以前学的amount是不可数的

as many:The same number of

For example, He changed jobs four times in as many years means he changed jobs four times in four years.

amount一般作不可数，只有在表示sum时可数

好象没有给出答案。但我选C。因为 number不能用less修饰，只能用GREAT来修饰，  less只能修饰数量，不能修饰数目

Ding,

看了一下所有关于这个题的帖子，主要是B与C的选择。那位NN给个说法，都快考了！！我开始选的C,但是想到amount用于不可数名次，那就只能选b了！！但是觉得b读起来别扭。

 one-quarter the amount应是the one-quarter amount

 one-quarter is adj
