这题的答案是C可是我有个问题请教！用取非的方法那么C就变成如果B城的average hour spent on assembleing TV decline significiently那么我想知道这个选项是怎么削弱题目的结论B每年从V进口的计算机数量增加的阿？

因为题目中有一个小前提就是在B城组装的电视机的数量是下降的阿，并且每年B城售出的电视数量没有下降阿1
