1a中that修饰的是programs，合理。 which指social security等，对这些负责恐怕不合理吧

后面的介词短语应该修饰sunspot cycle ,其他选项中这一成分都没有作为中心词出现

感觉上c用with好一点，a中that引导的从句看起来不舒服，不过应该有这样的先例

我赞同用with的另一个理由是附加条款不应该算在协议里面了，否则也称不上附加条款了可能有点牵强，不过以前看到provision都是用with的

体会在A中a merge agreement is signed的用法，因为根本不知道这个东西是谁签的，所以用了被动语态；if后面是虚拟语气，要用were。

那be signed 有没有问题呢？用be还是is？觉得出现个be好奇怪！又不放心是不是有什么知识点不知道。
