C. perhaps it is none that is more concentrated than

D. maybe it is none that was more concentrated than

正确答案是E，我能理解

但是为什么不能把C或D看作是强调结构it is...that...结构？

OG说 'it is none that is more/it is none that was more' is a wordy and ungrammatical contruction

wordy可以理解，可为什么把强调结构说成ungrammatical contruction？

各位大大帮忙解答一下啦。

CD缺少逻辑主语吧，在强调句中，it只是形式主语。

D. maybe it is none that was more concentrated than maybe 是口语，错

原文不用强调，选项就不能随意增加强调结构

我还有一个问题就是，如果原句是过去时态，那加上的强调结构后，it is... that...需要改成 it was... that...吗？
