不懂D里面这个activate 的主语是什么？

我选了A,但是GMAT 里面which 是不可以指代前面的句子的，所以不对了。

请大家帮忙分析，谢谢

The subject in D is "visitors".

如果activate 的主语是visitors, 那么activate 和 touch 是并列的动作阿，为什么不用to activate呢？

是因为有了thereby 的关系么？

I think you can use "to" also. However, many times you don't have to repeat.

give you an example:

I want you to visit the city and (to) take some pictures for me.

楼上说的很清楚了，activate 和 touch 动作的发出者都是参观者，如果理解为其它的东东是解释不清的。SC中经常省略个不定式的TO，或是助动词或是情态动词，让你误以为它不并列，其实是并列的。
