这里conclude 和 to 应该是分开看. conclude & "to someone's satisfaction" 作修饰

跟conclude无关，to sb.'s satisfaction (to the satisfaction of sb.)
            达到使某人满意的程度
            达到使某人确信的程度
我开始也错选了B
