C run-on句子,而且结构混乱，that修饰的对象也改变

B 里面主动改称被动也算擅自改动阿？

要根据原句的，如果原句是主动，那只有在所有主动选项都错误的情况下才考虑被动选项，因为改变主被动是会改变句子重心的，得避免。
