surpassed only 和only surpassed 我怎么觉得一样呀?

两者的区别就在形容的对象上，在这里可以通用没关系。

要看only是修饰什么的, only surpassed 和surpassed only 是不一样的意思, 一个是修饰surpassed一个是修饰后边的element呀, 就象OG说的那样

极端修饰词最好不要改变其位置。

我说的通用，是说在语法上都是对的，改错时候不会考这样的考点。

感觉这位和6楼的是正解。

原句强调的是only by heart disease and cance ,强调超过diabetes的cancer and heart diease

如果是only surpassed ,那么强调的是surpass 本身。

位置不一样，强调的东西不一样。

之前看了LZM的语法，说only之类的极端词的位置一般以A选项为正确位置。

不知道有没有人实践过，是否真的这样？
