如果肯定，则using computers的时间增加并没有占用free time而是占用了work时的时间

如果否定，则可得出原文的结论The growing popularity of computer-based activities was widely expected to result in a decline in television viewing 是evidently false

结论的特殊性和具体性真是怎么强调都不过分
