第二段不是转折么?

1) CD的前半句都不对: 只针对了一种school.

2) It provides information that qualifies a claim presented in the first paragraph.

***注意二段的转折不是全盘否定了一段的观点，而是有选择地；

注意二段首句cannot simply及二段2句的让步语气Although … shares…,

第一题找到原文相关词定位,第二题,第二段句首HOWERVE,就表示了相反的意见,暗示contrasting,..non-tqm...etc.
