好象不是。。。

of whether这样的用法比较多的，在我映象里，我查一下。。。

这个语法我研究得不详细

根据张道真语法，给出如下搭配：

介＋名，介＋代，介＋动名词，介＋由连接代（副）词或关系代词型what引导从句

介＋连接代（副）词＋to do

介＋介

介＋副词或形容词

regardless是没问题的，有问题的是regardless后面的phrase，OG的解释是这样的：In D, the phrase beginning regardless... is awkward and wordy in addition to being illogical.
