Does the decimal equivalent of P/Q, where P and Q are positive integers, contain only a finite number of nonzero digits?

(1) P>Q Answer： E

(2) Q=8

我记得以前的答案是B。当时就没明白，现在又成E了，彻底晕了，恳请大家解答谢谢

我觉得b 不行吧因为如果P是8的倍数那么结果就没有小数不满足题意
