为什么personal spending可以double the 1.4percent growth rate in personal spending?
B肯定是最好的答案，因为验证的是对将来的一个预期，所以用would A中的that of 无指代

这个链接我也看过，觉得还是不能信服
首先，通过排出，选B
但personal spending would more than double the 1.4% growth rate in personal spending ...
为什么double的逻辑主语是spending呢？
一种解释说，spending double the 1.4% 但我觉得该数字不能和rate分开，说白了就是1.4%的增长率啊，如果中心词不是rate,那这里的rate作什么成分
不能理解。。。

看了半天如果选B的话后半句没有谓语，expectation后that从句

double在这里是动词,使XX加倍.
因此,spending和growth rate不需要是同类.

对这题我一直有个小疑问：
Retail sales rose 8/10 of 1 percent…
8/10 of 1 percent 是指0.8%吗？为什么要表达得这么复杂呢
