看了讨论贴还是有点不明白，B中的prolong似乎没有办法从文中推出啊？

所以我选了D，因为文中说白血球能杀细菌，是不是可以推出人体中白血球越多，得病严重性越小。（似乎有在主观推断了），请问B对在哪里，D错在哪里？

我就是看了这个帖子的7楼，反复读了题干，没有发现能说明aspirin有prolong illness的意思啊
