第13题OG解释中列出两种情况,一种可以省略the,另一种必须要加the,有哪位知道关于此的具体规则?

我感觉就是在两个最高级并列的时候后面那个可以省略吧~~~

按照OG的解释就是说如果两个最高级（相同级别）并列，则后面一个最高级的“THE”可省。

原题中，一个是“第十强”，一个是“最强”，级别不相同，所以必须将定冠词补出，避免语意不清（后者可能也同样理解为第十强）。
